Nothing will eliminate all the heat from your pillow except for an ice pack lol. But these work pretty well in higher temperatures too. My room often gets to 79 degrees in summer with AC on. These help a lot because I’m a hot sleeper. But when it’s cold they can get REALLY cold too. Their comfortable but can get a little dingy after a few months if you have hair grease like me.

My husband loves cool pillows and he adores these pillow cases. I love that they zip up so they don’t fall off. I like that I have the option of using the warm side for myself and the cool side when I’m in the mood.

After less than two weeks of use they are completely pilled up on the "cooling” side. Not comfortable to sleep on anymore so they have become a waste of money. The "cooling” side wasn’t very good either! We had the cooling blanket from Costco, which was amazing and actually cold feeling, and these were nothing like that.

These pillowcases are comfortable and cooling. Unfortunately, they're not very sturdy, and I already have holes in them after a year of use.

I am a very hot sleeper. Many hot flashes during the night. These cases are cool to the touch and cool down again quickly. No product is perfect and these aren’t either as they do warm with constant skin contact but overall work better than any cotton cases I have tried. I ditched the cases I usually use and these are new permanent solutions for me.

I sleep very warm & these are everything they're supposed to be. The pillow itself may be warm but these covers are cool. I liked them so much that I bought 2 more as gifts. Quality is good. They wash beautifully.

Smooth and cool. Little tricky getting my pillow into the case, was a bit narrow in the opening. Could just be my pillow which is a specialty pillow.

First use and notice the pillow case was ripped at the seams after I put my pillow in it. I don’t know if it came like that or it ripped while putting the pillow in it. Other than that it seems like a comfortable case.

Works as advertised, they make the pillow feel a little bit cooler. They stay on the pillow well, and the zipper is very discreet/not noticeable

Great pillows, I just use one for camping, I have it wrapped with my sleeping bag for camping. Used it a few times and the last time was 52° when I went to sleep, 41° when I woke up 15mph winds entire night was great!

I purchased these in gray. Not all of the pillow descriptions are the same and some specify the cooling. These are truly cooler than all pillow cases I have purchased. I went on a pillow case spree when I learned about the zipper options available.

These definitely are cooling, they're cool to the touch and even after laying on them, they're cool - but they pill really badly and end up, eventually, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on.

I have issues with the heat it causes me to pass out so anything I can find to help would be wonderful and I would hope this do something but I noticed no difference in adding another layer to my pillow.

I bought 2 and I liked them so much bought 6 more. Also they don’t slip off the pillow because of the zipper. Makes sleeping more comfortable, not going to be super cold. I washed in cold water and hung up to dry.

I would've given these 5 stars because I can definitely say they have a cooling effect on each of my pillows: foam, down, polyester fill, whatever. The only problem is they are so thin, that if your pillowcases are also thin, you can feel any wrinkles, bulges, or seems in the pillows themselves. So I do recommend these for their actual cooling ability, but I also recommend investing in thicker, moisture-wicking pillowcases or an equivalent cooling-type fabric.

I LOVE these pillowcases. They are super soft and do a good job staying cool. Unfortunately, the zipper seems to stop working (they just stop sliding and they aren't stuck on the material) on all of the cases I've purchased.

Simple as the the title…The good, the pillow cases are cool to the touch & comfortable against the skin.The bad, I washed them (per instructions) before using & 1 of the zippers wouldn’t open. I had to fuss w/ it inside out for 10 minutes. Turns out that the zipper wasn’t sewn in properly.The ugly, they are frumpy looking. Probably because the material is so thin. These pillowcases are so soft and so cool to the touch. Plus they have a zipper to keep your pillow inside the pillowcase without slipping out. Definitely will buy again!
