In looking at the instructions the installation is exactly opposite of normal. Normally, you'd do the wiring and base installation first, before installing the bulb and top. This would provide a lighter, less bulky lamp to install. The instructions recommend complete assembly of the lamp, then wiring it up and fixing it to the pole. Doing it the normal way results in a very difficult attachment of the top because the nuts are not attached to the lamp. I lost three nuts trying to secure the top.

Looks good.I like the value.I don't like that the nuts that hold the top on are on the base upside down so that they can fall off the first time the bulb needs to be changed. There was an extra one packaged, but I am sure that would not be much help. I used a clear epoxy and I am sure that will keep them in place.

Well I should have read the fine print receive them and they are 100% ---plastic-- but they look good was not expecting that.

I actually used these for a Halloween prop on top of some fake brick columns and they performed perfectly. They look nicer than they are (metal vs the plastic they are made of), so if you loose one to vandals, no huge loss.

We replaced our old broken carriage lights ourselves with these new lamps. They were easy to install by my husband, who is not an electrician, in about an hour. They really light up the yard and go on and off with the sun as expected.

They are easy to install, bright and inexpensive. But you get what you pay for. They are cheap plastic that I expect to have to replace in a couple of years. They are also proportionally a little small for mountain on 6ft tall posts. It really needs to be about 25%+ larger to look proportional to the posts.

These light are beautiful! They are very bright and just what we were looking for our gate. I totally recommend them! This lights came quickly. However they are completely plastic! They wouldnt survive one season outside.!

Love the extra nuts bolts and parts they put in the box. Comes in handy if any are missing or lost during shipping! Appear strong and durable. Hopefully will last many years.

Replaced these in our driveway. They’re made of plastic, but very elegant and bright. The LED lightbulbs come with them. They appear to be durable plastic. Hopefully they won’t fade, crack or become brittle with our hot sun. Love the way they look. Easy to install. Comes in a 2 pack. We are very happy with the look, the price, and the quality. We bought 10 (5 2-packs). Would highly recommend these.

It was somewhat smaller than one might imagine. Some dimensions would have been helpful. Actually the product is quite well made, and looks to be durable especially for the cost.

Like that they are mostly plastic with not much of anything to rust being that I live near saltwater with a lot of humidity

On the ocean in Florida, I have replaced my metal light fixture about every three years. This fixture looks better, and if it survives because it’s made of polycarbonate I’ll be very pleased. Very easy installation, all I needed was a screwdriver. The bronze color looks better than I anticipated, I couldn’t be more happy with the whole process.
