    This thing is strong. Sounds like a jet starter but my car starts great. Installed in 10 minutes and started immediately. 2005 TRX350FM

    Great Value Replacement Parts

    Honda wanted $300 for a factory replacement. It's less than $40. I had to machine one of the holes a bit more, but then it fit perfectly. My old rancher starts great.

    Item not as shown. The teeth on the shaft were not the same and did not work. I will not order these things again. I have to go back, but I don't know if I can.

    Not an exact match - starter and parts

    This starter motor does not fit my Honda 350 as stated in the product description. The shaft is not cut deep enough and is rubbing against the ring gear. I'm returning it and trying a different starter. The item looked good and arrived on time. It just didn't fit.

    Works great but...: Beginner

    Four stars because it's so cheap and does the job I bought it for. The engine starts normally but is very noisy. And poignant. Converting an OEM starter is very motivating. For the money it's worth compared to an OEM replacement I think it's ok.

    This starter makes a terrible grinding noise when switched on.

    This starter motor makes a terrible grinding noise when switched on. It plugged straight into the quad with no problems, the wiring all fitted, but when you use the starter it grinds, disconnected it, checked everything, plugged it back in and it's still grinding. It's working for now, but I don't know for how long.
