These work very well with my Elvie pride. I use them with the legendairy pumping lubricant and I have no discomfort.As someone with smaller nipples than the standard 24 mm or 28 mm flanges that tend to come with breast pumps, I appreciate the easy and cost effectiveness of these inserts.I exclusively pumped with my first son and I found these inserts easier to install, remove, and clean than many others that I have tried.

This fits perfectly for the Elvie Stride however it is not clear which is an issue since you need to be able to see through the pump parts and make sure your nipple alignment is accurate. This is the only issue otherwise everything else is great It fits perfectly with the Elvie and the silicone feel is amazing

I know the description says you can use these for your Elvie pumps but they actually block the small suction holes on top of the flange when you insert them. They are too long for them and don't sit exactly flush. In my opinion the description is misleading. If you do purchase the adapters, then make sure you cut them shorter, or just go with another brand that is shorter all together. The insert is white so there is no way you can see if the fit for your nip is good or not. They should be transparent. Breast Pumps!

These inserts work very well and are comfortable to use, however they are white and it can be tricky to make sure things are centered and in the correct position. I wouldn't recommend for first time pumpers for that reason. However, they worked great for me.

They are awesome to put into too big of flanges but they don’t auctions as well. My nipples don’t go into them like my 19 mm flanges.

The inserts fit into my pump flanges (Motif Luna) just fine but it feels like I’ve lost some suction. I wish they were clear so I could see that I’m centered in the flange.

Needed help with my Elvie. I measured and then couldn’t stomach the price through them for not exact fit. These work great a few uses in. Super simple

I don’t know why I didn’t consider the fact that you can’t see your nipple placement because these aren’t see through. I couldn’t get the suction on my motif Luna or my momcozy to work at all with these placed.

I have no idea what’s wrong with these. I am a 19mm but I can use 21mm successfully. With these in my 24mm flange, I barely get anything out. The second it removed these and used the unaltered 24mm I got flow again. Switched back to my other 19mm insert for the remainder of my sessions today. Maybe it’s defective but it definitely isn’t the sizing here.

Could not get a proper seal despite following directions and multiple attempts, thus LESS milk output. These are also white, not sheer, which makes it difficult to see for the correct central fit without shearing. Disappointed that they are not eligible to return.

I got this insert thinking I was a 17mm "soft" silicon but boy was the marketing wrong! I have elastic nipples which makes pumping painful when I use these inserts. I used twice and can't get a refund or exchange. Wasted money! Save your money and do not buy!.

Elvie stride is so new and parts have been impossible to find for me. The pump only comes with 24mm flanges so I decided to give these a try! While I haven’t actually pumped with them yet (I’m due this week), they’re a perfect fit and I can’t see there being any issues. I love the silicone material. Much cheaper option than $30 for a set of 21mm flanges from the elvie site.
