I know the description says you can use these for your Elvie pumps but they actually block the small suction holes on top of the flange when you insert them. They are too long for them and don't sit exactly flush. In my opinion the description is misleading. If you do purchase the adapters, then make sure you cut them shorter, or just go with another brand that is shorter all together. I never knew this about the holes on the Elvie flange and how if it is blocked it doesn't create a great suction. Now I do and I wish I knew sooner. This could dramatically decrease one's milk volume .I think it did mine.
