24" Teak Shower Bench With Shelf - The Original Spa Experience Review

I saved about $100 as I was just about to order the bench from Frontgate. The AquaTeak bench is very well made and comfortable. Would definitely order from AquaTeak again.

Great bench and at the price of teak, we used the lower shelf to make a second bench and saved big money. I was originally going to build both, but the price of teak was 3 times the price of this bench! Instead I got two well made benches at less than half the cost to make one from scratch. The screws and inserts make assembly a breeze. I highly recommend this bench.

I put this in my new shower instead of having a tile bench and it is super sturdy. Even for my 240 pound husband. Easy to wipe down but I never really do. It looks brand new still after a month.

Easy to assemble, and looks and feels like nice quality material.Reserving a star to see how it holds up after a few weeks in the shower.

It is in my shower. I do think it was a bit pricey. However it is very sturdy. Hopefully it will last a very long time Thanks for attention!

The holes on one of the legs were misaligned so we could only secure three of the four legs with screws. Clearly this made it hard to assemble

I love how solid this bench is. You can smell the Teak which is finished to perfection. only 8 screws to put together and sizable feet pads make for perfect balance. I know its pricey but when it comes to Teak wood, this is worth. Waterproof in the shower is working out great.

The allen wrench supplied with the bolts isn't quite the right size - so it doesn't quite fit into the holes and keeps slipping out, making it almost impossible to tighten them. I got so frustrated I had to take a break to write this review. :) Quality of the teak looks nice, but I don't know if I'm going to be able to tighten the bolts enough to make the bench stable.

Perfect size and high quality teakwood. Have it our kitchen next to back door and we use it as a shoe bench and seat. Requires assembly.

We purchased this about six months ago for our shower. It was beautiful when we first placed it in the shower and it is just as beautiful today. Good quality.

Tried others, loved this.Of expected quality (means great). Was first a bit disappointed by assemble at home, however even that was impressively designed and yielded a very sturdy item. (Others offerings were like rasp file to a poor fit, use obvious filler and varnish alike). This 24-inch bench is well fitted, of clean design, and you oil it like a furniture piece you're proud of.

This shower stool has beautiful teak wood! The size is perfect with plenty of room for shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, etc. Very sturdy. With the slope in showers, the adjustable feet make for eliminating a wobbly stool.

We needed a seat in our walk-in shower. Though a tad on the expensive side, this seat is worth every dime. Comfortable, cleans easily, adjustable. It will eventually need some kind of special teak oil. I will probably order some sooner than later just to have it on hand. But as for the seat, one of the best investments we've made.

Bought for our unusual shaped master shower. Well made, easy to assemble and high quality teak. Sturdy and has weathered well having been in the shower nearly five months. Water and soap are turning it darker, almost black in places but it cleans up easily with teak oil and is not showing any signs of deterioration. I'd recommend this bench to everyone
