Very good price,and they fit perfect as a replacement (I needed a smaller size flange than what came with my Lansinoh handpump,but there is definitely less suction than the original ones.)

having the right size flange is so important when pumping. after switching to these smaller ones I no longer have pain, and have such a higher output!

I am very disappointed. Though when purchasing it says eligible for return it will not let me return. It is unused waste of money and does not fit my pump

These work perfectly with my Lansinoh pump, for my size. Without this product, I wouldn’t be able to pump at all, so I appreciate them making this for those of us with smaller breasts.

I had given 5 stars previously but had to revise to 3 because one of my flanges cracked (maybe from fatigue loading?) after only 2 months of use. However, this product remains a great value for the money perhaps for less frequent use than 4-5 times a day.

I canceled the order because it is not compatible with mosts pumps. It is litteraly only compatable with its own stuff. Not sure why they are still asking for a review.

Works just as well and the same as the original name brand ones. I haven’t experienced any differences or issues! Thanks for attention!

I use a lansinoh 2.0 pump and they fit perfectly just what I needed instead of using inserts. The product may not be as effective at pumping larger volumes of milk as other replacement options.

Although the price is good and I was measured properly by a lactation consultant, the sharp cone (which was too deep to easily get nipple placement in the center) of the flange, and the long tube cut my output pretty significantly. I went from 5oz/side each pump to 2 or 3. I went back to using the original flanges provided by my pump with an insert instead of a fully new piece.

I never realized that finding the right size for flanges can help while pumping! I now am able to get about 4 oz off each side now that I have the right size flanges!

So through my extremely difficult pumping/nursing journey I had to meet with a lactation consultant many times. Upon one of these meetings I told her my nipples looked like hot dogs when I was done pumping. So I learned that was not normal and was sized for flanges. Turns out I’m 17, not 24. I ordered these and I get a quicker and stronger let down and more milk when I pump. Best of all no more hot dog nips. These fit my lanshinoh pump parts perfectly.

Awesome product I bought over and over again as my size changed.I love how long the tunnels are on these because I have elastic nips, and these are far cheaper than pumping pals

I bought these to use with my Lansinoh double electric smart pump and they fit perfectly. I'll probably end up ordering another set to have so I dont have to wash near as much when I return to work!

Bought for my Lansinoh Smartpump 2.0 as it did not come with smaller flange options. These have worked perfectly. They are hard plastic but that hasn’t bothered me yet.

These are exactly what I needed for my Lansinoh Smartpump 2.0. The original 25mm flange that comes with was way too big and causing bruising. I’m so glad that these were a available for my pump and it fits perfectly. I have been using them for a few days now and no problem thus far. They are a little small so if you have large breasts it may be a little uncomfortable especially since they’re just hard plastic but they work great for the pump. These are exactly what I was looking for. Fit perfectly in my Lansinoh parts and are comfortable to use. Thank goodness someone makes multiple sizes! Made pumping so much more comfortable.

I loved that it was the perfect size for my nipples but if you have large breast it’s very uncomfortable and can be hard to fit your breast in the flange
