Fragile and without lid

The cups are a bit fragile. Don't hold the cup too tight or it will crush itself when filled with hot drink. Where are the lids for this? I've tried some of the lids I've had for other 16 ounce hot beverage cups but they don't fit snugly and aren't secure. However, they are well insulated and you won't burn your hand while holding a cup of coffee.

Nice but useless. in Paper & Plastic

The cups are so glued together I can't see them! If I manage to separate them, they become damaged, torn and unusable. I got my hands on a few freebies with moderate effort, but for the most part they held together. Those are cute espresso cups, I'll give them that. They're thick and of good quality, but until they figure out how to fold them any other way, they're useless.

Well made, does its job well, withstands many uses, both hot and cold.

I drink a cup of hot coffee in the morning - straight from the coffee maker. Then switch to iced coffee for the rest of the day. I've used the first cup in the stack for at least 10 infusions and now there have been no side softening leaks. The main reason this cup design lasts so long is the overlap between the inner and outer layers. Approximately 3 inches overlap between two layers. In addition, there are no noticeable leaks on the underside. Another observation; Several reviewers complained
