This is very well made , material is excellent. I’m very petite and the medium did fit (plenty of room meaning it can accommodate someone who’s XS, S, M . I would buy small if that was offered. I’m surprised the medium fit.I use it to work out (strength training and cardio) it does what’s its suppose to. I’m absolutely loving my 3 in 1 Sauna Waist Trainer Butt Lifter Thigh Trimmer Sweat Body Shaper. I love how when I wear it during my workouts I sweat twice as much in my thigh and stomach area. I do have issues with the thigh part as my workout progress I find myself constantly readjusting them. Maybe they work better on bare skin, but it’s been cold so haven’t tried it with maybe shorts on. Overall definitely recommend can’t wait to see my overall results in a few months I’m totally excited!

I enjoy this body trimmer! I’ve had it for about 1 week and it’s easy to put on and remove. I hand wash it after each workout, and I also make sure to air dry it. It fits as expected, although I think I should’ve ordered a size down. The great thing about it is that it does not roll of bunch up on the waist area, although I wish it were a little longer. I finally found the right one! Do you know how many of these things I bought and returned before finding the perfect match? Don't ask! Just get this one! It is thee best. It's a little thick but the perfect thickness to keep it from folding. This is no cheap material. Velcro is STRONG. I usually wear XL so I bought L and it's exactly what I needed. I believe I got the BEST quality for my buck!

I was going to order an XL but I ordered a L and I’m glad I did. I am 5’3 220 pounds. The fit is snug but not uncomfortable. Definitely a good purchase for adding to your workout regimen.
