Very easy to secure, the only issue I had was with my pins and the post being too soft that securing them bent the post. But all I cared about was the fact that they held fast!

These are great for holding on to your favorite enamel pins or craft idea in general. A must have for people like myself who care about their accessories.

I switched from the standard pinch style clasps about 6 months ago for the tons of pins on my motorcycle vest. These are much more secure and far more comfortable.

These are perfect for securing pins on a lanyard. We bought them for a future pin trading trip. The only down side is that the locking nuts were not installed into the main locking pieces. It is definitely worth the money for them, just be ready for a little eye strain seeing the tiny pieces as you assemble them. Also, be sure to assemble them somewhere so that if you drop the tiny locking nut you can find it again. I used a white terry cloth towel under my working area.

The backs lock very well on my pins, but be careful to not over-tighten the screw as it can cause the pin-needle to separate from the rest of the pin from tension. I had a few cheaper pins break because of this, but I don't think it was these pin backs' fault. Otherwise they are easy to use, especially if you attach a small magnet to the hex wrench to attract the screws onto.
