Excellent sandpaper

I haven't felt the need to switch to the Sikit gold roll; This one works well enough for grinding 3D printed parts. Also using tape to secure the tape to fingers has been found to be very helpful.

Pros
  • A or D paper backings give the best results for certain projects
Cons
  • I'll write back

my favorite die grinder sandpaper

Without a doubt my favorite die grinder sandpaper. More expensive than alternatives (like most 3M products), but worth it. I promise this will save you more work/hassle than the added cost of the product itself.

Pros
  • Stikit attachment provides quick and efficient tool attachment
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Sticky and durable 80 grit roller!

I bought this reel to sharpen an old Marples chisel. (Hand forged in England, probably older than me) All I can say is wow. It sticks tenaciously to smooth surfaces and withstands repeated use (even a drop of water). So far it has far outlasted the other 80 grit I've used. I'm not sure if 80 grit would be better. But it's worth the price!

Pros
  • The reel can be cut and shaped to suit the needs and dimensions of the project
Cons
  • not reliable
