These mugs are decent, and the glass provides some insulation to keep drinks hot a bit longer (but not much). The biggest problem is that after about 2 weeks, one of the mugs developed a lot of consensation between the two glass walls (see pic), and now has a large amount of standing water trapped inside. The small hole in the bottom allowed moisture to enter but is not large enough to allow it to evaporate. We will throw this mug away - hopefully the other 3 will last a little longer.EDIT…

Most insulated mugs are 12 ounces. A few are 14 ounces. These are the only ones I have found that are 17 ounces.That allows me to have 12 ounces of coffee and still add cream or milk.It also ensures that the mug will not overflow during brewing.They do not sweat and are not hot to the touch. They are mildly warm when filled with hot liquid which is a delight in the winter months.They are also thicker glass than my other insulated mugs.I am very pleased with these mugs. I use them for everything because, WHY not? I feel fancy! In covid times I feel like I am having a treat drinking from these beautifully designed mugs. : )

I've been using Eparé double-walled coffee mugs as my main coffee mug for a while now. I originally got them as a way to keep my coffee hot for longer, but I really like the way they look as well. These "PunPun" (Ugh; dumb name, eh?) mugs work as well as my previous mugs for insulation, but I like the design a little better -- the overall shape and especially the shape of the handle looks more elegant to me. They're also a bit heavier than my Eparés, which makes me hope they'll be a little…

Love the look but they easily crack. Cracks are visible but are inside so they are still usable. I did not drop them just with storage, bumps, normal wear & tear several cracked.

The mugs are pretty light and look great but not very sturdy. One of the mugs actually cracked after putting hot water ( from the electric kettle ) in it.

Not the best we've owned but the are comfortable. They hold your beverage hot/cold long enough however, there are others that can do this and better in some cases. Vendor response is admirable and friendly.Wish they sold the coasters but alas, there is only 1 per box.These mugs are tough. I dropped one on to a carpeted area and it happily bounced around like "no big deal".I'd give them 3.5 stars if permitted.

I use one once a day for coffee and love that they keep my coffee hot but have had them for only 5 months and two out of the 4 have collected water in the bottom and had to be tossed out. Not worth the thirty five dollars I paid for a set of four.
