Convenient way for me in storing items

I like that I can keep my inventory up to date on the web. I can search by SKU and also see pictures of the item. I also like that you can use the system to create your own catalog. I dislike that I have to wait so long to get answers to questions I have. I wish I could get answers to my questions without waiting so long. I also dislike that the system is not as user-friendly as I would like. I would like to see more user-friendly features and a more easy-to-use system. I'm able to keep up to…

Great eCommerce platform that really helps grow your business

The ease of use when setting up new products or creating an account for existing customers - everything you need to know is right there in front of you! I don't like how hard it can be sometimes if one part isn't working properly (e.g., adding product photos). This has not been much of an issue as our customer base hasn't expanded very far yet so we haven't had any issues with this. We are using 4Psite primarily for order management but have also used their reporting functions which were easy…
