but I know it will work fine. The whole thing is solid, and I really am.

Definitely increases the performance of my 2000 2.5 liter Mazda B2500 and you can feel it thanks to the throttle body gasket. Both work very well together. I already had a pad when I installed it but I know it will work fine. Overall the thing is solid and I'm very happy to have it under the hood of my truck.

Ordered right after lunch and received my package NEXT DAY, even with free standard shipping! The package arrived double boxed and in excellent condition. Also, everything that should be was in the box. As for the inlet itself, installation was simple and straightforward. I was a bit skeptical that taking it would lead to a noticeable increase in performance. Well, it DEFINITELY happened! I just installed it so I have no data on mileage or durability gains.

Nice performance upgrade for my 1998 Mazda B2500

First of all why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5. There should have been a hole in the pipe coming from the throttle body to the filter for the temp sensor, but it wasn't there and I had to drill it myself. Other than that, I'm perfectly happy with the extra power my engine now has. It's definitely noticeable, but not so much that I have a race truck now. But I feel extra power from 1st through 4th gears, not so much in 5th (overdrive). That's what I needed to pull a trailer with a zero turn…
