Perfect Fit: Filter

I installed this unit in my son's 2002 Chevy Avalanche and it was a perfect fit. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and quality. The idle noise isn't that audible, but give it some juice and it comes alive. Installation time 20 minutes.

Super Dense Filter

The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because the air filter is literally 1/4 inch too small for it, I left it in a heated garage for over 5 hours and it still didn't fit, if not for bending, the only way to put it on was to shave the part inside out

2004 Avalanche 5.3 Stock

First of all, the excellent price and the fast delivery convinced me. I received in 2 days. Easy installation, about 30 mins. Very noticeable engine roar when accelerating, like having a performance exhaust (I have it in stock right now). Noticed slightly quicker kickdown acceleration. I haven't noticed an increase in fuel economy yet, but it's hard to keep gas without gas because of the noise it makes. The easiest and fastest performance upgrade you can make.
