Not satisfied with the product. There was no "remote” included. Also the size is disappointing. Bought the same candles in a 3 pack, as shown in picture a month ago and they were twice the width. These are way too skinny. but flameless candles are a godsend. Therefore I won’t return even though I’m not ecstatic with the purchase.

Absolutely love these! They have a wax outer coating to make them look and feel like real candles. The timers work great and are quite convenient, love coming home after kids activities to an intimately lit home. I haven't tested the battery power, so I'm not quite sure how long the batteries will allow them to last. I need to buy some hurricane glasses to complete the look! Highly suggest!

4 of the 5 worked as advertised. The 7" candle's switch does operate correctly. The candle lites up even in the off position as soon as batteries are installed. In the timer position the candle does go off after 5 hours. Don't know yet if it'll come back on automatically or if it would stay on indefinately in the on position. But I definately can't turn it off in the off position. The others function correctly and look very nice.

I just started using these for Thanksgiving. they are awesome. my daughter said, boy they really light up an area! I bought her some for Christmas too. they are well made and look very nice!

I love the size but one of them didn’t work. I thought they had a remote, I was disappointed but that was probably me not reading the description correctly.

Love these candles, my absolute favorite! Perfect candle color, not too white or too orange and they look realistic. One of my candles timer function didn't work, but the customer service was great and they sent me out a replacement right away!

I really liked that this pack comes with 5 candles of all different sizes. They really are made of a wax material on the outside, so be careful with them! I mistakenly dug my nail into them and discovered this for myself! I actually like the texture because it adds to the realism. As for the flame, it is a little piece of plastic which doesn’t move or anything, but it does to job. Up close though you can tell they are fake. Love these candles. They are perfect for some holiday ambiance, and I like that they are all different sizes so I can group them. I would definitely purchase again.

These are amazing to look at. They are amazingly realistic. I got one set for myself and one for my mother-in-law. I recently threw a party with adults and children. I was wonderful to relax and know they were safe to have around the children.

I purchased this item Feb 2021. They are in a glass cylinder filled with epson salt on the bottom and set on a timer. They are lovely by itself but more so next to my Christmas decorations. At first I did not realize there is no remote to turn them on/off and had to manually switch them on/off each time and find that annoying. Well! It was my ignorance, the switch on the bottom "Timer/Off/On" my son told me I flip the switch to the wrong side! I love them to come back here to buy another set…

Only one setting of 6 hours and no remote control. I returned one set and had to pay shipping to return. Would not order from the company again.

I bought a set and only had enough batteries for 3 of the 5 candles and was impressed by how pretty and realistic the light seemed, from a distance it definitely looks like true candlelight. However, once I got new batteries, I put them in the 4th candle, turned it on, and it didn't work. I immediately smelled a burning scent coming from the battery compartment. I then put batteries in the 5th candle and the same thing happened, and my room had a burnt smell from just from those few seconds…

Disappointed because I really liked these candles and the price was right. I was giving them as Christmas gifts as part of a centerpiece but one of them did not work. Sadly I would not order again.
