I was able to get this to work with my Milwaukee rental package. To do this, I had to loosen the screw that held the handle in place. I then drilled out the pilot hole with a 3/16 bit. My head was too thick for the hole after it started screwing in. The nut almost got stuck because I couldn't drive it deep enough. So learn from my mistake and enlarge the hole around the pilot hole.
