Not just for gearboxes

I used it in my fuel tank because the mandatory use of ethanol forces me to disassemble and clean the tank every year. About using more gas, but that's another story. Some older gas tanks had drain plugs, but most newer tanks have anti-siphon features, so adding a drain plug can really make life easier when servicing the fuel tank on some vehicles, especially as the fuel pumps are usually located in the EFI tank. .

Good design and well made. Just change your washing machine.

I applied GM to my car according to the instructions on the box, everything went like clockwork. Although I deviated a step from the instructions. I replaced the nylon washer with a copper washer. It is hermetically sealed and will not leak at the recommended torque. The copper disc will not buckle under torque, will not degrade (metal vs nylon, hot, cold, vibration, hydrocarbons, pressure, etc.) and will not leak. I liked it so much I bought it for my other car.

After reading all the reviews I decided this is the best. B&M is overpriced and only has 1 nylon washer which I don't think is enough. I have welded and was able to weld it but wanted to see how easy it is with 2 nylon washers. Result: Go advanced with two pucks and don't over-tighten. How tight? It's a…

Great product and manufacturer

I use two of these on my cars now and love them. I have to say that the first one I bought broke. There were no instructions in the kit, the washing machine didn't work at all. It leaked and I had to take out the pan and start over. When I tightened it it broke in half. It's bad news. The good news is that when I asked for a return/replacement, the seller sent me a new one, no questions asked. The new one had different packaging and appears to be a newer version (with instructions on the box)…
