🪚 12-Pack Wood Pruning Saw Blades for Reciprocating/Sawzall Saws - 9-Inch 5-Pack and 6-Inch 7-Pack Review

The blades for the sawsall worked very well and quickly cut through the roots and branches of trees when I bought a house with an overgrown yard. I only used one blade on a giant mock orange and five roses from Sharon. The blade didn't bend even though I rotated the saw in all directions. I would buy again.

I bought these to prune my palm trees but after a winter freeze in Texas I needed to do a lot more than just palm pruning. These blades cut through branches like a hot knife through warm butter. I've only cut with one blade so far, this pack of 12 lasts a very long time. Definitely worth your money!

These knives don't cut as well as the used blades I've replaced. If you look at the photo, you can see that each tooth is not processed correctly. There is a burr on the edge of each tooth which prevents it from being very sharp. The small price saving isn't worth it in my opinion, but most would probably think they're good for small jobs.

Some reviewers are raving about these branches that cut like butter - would love to know what they cut! Definitely doesn't work on Hollywood cypress! The blades cling and bend not just for that, but for anything green. Maybe they're good on dead, withered branches. Otherwise, it is better to use a hand saw.

I always buy 9 inch pruning knives. I always buy either Milwaukee or Freud 5pcs. for they are without difficulty the sharpest and most durable. With every purchase I make I always try to include someone else's brand in every purchase hoping to find a cheaper but comparable blade. It's simply the best I've found so far. If you need delimbing knives for a small job, I recommend saving some money and buying one. You will not be disappointed!
