You can only manually program the oven for 99 minutes or less. Neither the cooking time nor the cooking temperature are specified in the cooking tables in the instructions. My favorite recipe calls for 4 hours at 325°. I have to run everything every 99 minutes. They don't have preset recipes like my old Panasonic (which has been discontinued).
