The hat is perfect. Super soft yarn. Nice color combination. More blue and less brown than in the pictures, which I like. The cap should really fit almost every child between 3 and 6 years. Maybe a great two year old too. For most children, they should be just the right size to cover their ears. They come in a cute pouch and make a great gift for someone.
