I have cold air in front and warm air in back.

This part fits one of the two tailgate actuators on a 2004 Chevy Tahoe Z71. I had cold air in the front and warm air in the back. Not good on a day over 90 degrees. This is a very simple setup. Google or watch a YouTube video on how to install the operator and reset the control module that controls the mixed door operators. Everything works great! This is an easy do-it-yourself project that takes about 15 minutes and saves you money on trips to the shop or dealer.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Legacy model

I bought this a few months ago and didn't have time as my father was dying of cancer so I waited until the funeral, I just took the time to watch it like a youtube video that Installing unit doesn't do anything, doesn't even make a sound so I put the old one back and it works as usual (sometimes I have to turn the AC on and off to reset it but it still works, call the dealer and they warned me about a cheap replacement so I'll just throw that in the trash

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel

Finally no more annoying loud clicking noise under the dashboard

For many years, a loud clicking noise can be heard under the dashboard on the driver's side when the air conditioning is running. After some internet research and listening to clicks, it was determined to be the temperature sensor in my 2002 Trailblazer. It took me a few hours to replace after finding instructions online and now it works like a charm. No more loud annoying clicking while driving. Air conditioning works perfectly. Although I thought this part was quite expensive, I'm glad it was

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Low maintenance

Time will tell but so far so good

I don't know how I could give this item less than 5 stars. When I first looked at it, it felt lighter and had more plastic parts than the original metal parts. However, if you look from the outside. Anyway, it fitted my 2001 Tahoe rear air conditioner like a glove and has worked flawlessly ever since. In fact, it was so easy that I wish I had spotted the problem sooner. my poor children Their rear-wheel drive air conditioning was bad and just blew heat. It's 100 degrees here every day! Delivery

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Exorbitant Price

Disconnect/reset the control module if they don't work.

If installed with a genuine ACDelco 15-73506 GM A/C Control Module, connect the actuators first, then the module. Or, if a new module is already installed or the old one is working, disconnect the terminals on the existing module. Then reconnect the module terminals and perform a system reset including removing the 10A fuse as shown online. Otherwise it may result in the module not being able to control the actuators and this may explain why some people describe having new non-working…

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Works great so far after a week of use

Works great so far after a week of use. Very easy to install. The hardest part was removing the plastic panels from the rear HVAC unit. I also replaced the computer module on the rear AC (AC Deloc #15-73506) so I'm not entirely sure if it was the drive, the module, or both. The local Chevy dealer checked the codes for me and said both were bad. I figured why not replace both while I was at it. The rear air conditioner only blows cold. After swapping two units, it works great and blows heat…

  • Comfortable

OEM Temp Door Actuator

My 99 Park Ave has had the driver's side vent temp at full temperature since January spring arrived and I finally had to do something about it. I replaced the temporary door actuator and. still stuck hot. got me frustrated but I did some more research which led me to the following. After turning the key off, I unplugged the A/C/heater programming module (it's located behind the glove box with a couple of large wiring harness connectors attached to it, accessible by lowering the black panel…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Long delivery time

After that it works great. I replaced all (3) components in less than.

These actuators, along with the control module, part number 15-73506, fixed all of the problems I had with the rear heater/AC on a 2004 Yukon XL. The control module is an updated part of the original that addresses the issues described in GM Service Bulletin #06-01-39-015A: Unable to control rear HVAC temperatures or modes, intermittent ticking noise from rear HVAC actuators or DTCs B0434 rear HVAC . or B3764 (Replace Auxiliary HVAC Control Module) – (12 Jan 2007) "I replaced the control module

Pros
