Dealer could not program.

Chevy said the part was defective. I spent $315 to have them tell me this. Now I have to spend another $315 to start over. Dissatisfied.

Needs to be programmed by dealer or shop

Item needs to be programmed with a GM or OE level Tech 2 style tool, you can't just install it and your keys with a 10 or 30 minute Reprogram the relearning process. The $700 Autel scan tools don't program this either, I know that firsthand.

This is just what we needed

And we saved $20 compared to other auto parts sites and needed it right away so I paid for two days UPS shipping and it came within four long days. In the meantime, while we waited, we couldn't drive to our suburbs, so this was an important product that needed to be delivered to us as soon as possible. Not satisfied with the delivery of this item. The product worked great so I recommend this part. I am waiting for Revain to reply to my email regarding the shipping cost refund.
