Alternator upgrade for a classic V-belt car.

This alternator was used as a modern retrofit to a classic car using a Pico 5622PT alternator connector/harness and a combination of original and universal hardware. Additional power was needed to support the fuel injection switch with a high-pressure electric fuel pump, electric fans, a stereo, and other key road components. There are no problems with this generator.

Defective device!: alternators

Hello everyone, there is a huge problem with this product. It was bought NEW from Revain in 2015 and was in the original box in my garage cupboard as I needed it. The generator heats up so much that it cannot be touched, and the car electrician says that the regulator or the winding is defective. I honestly didn't expect that from Delco. And here I am in Perth, Australia. So it looks like the savings you made on Revain are now wasted. Very disappointed! The only reason for one star is because…
