OEM replacement part for my Chevy Avalanche

They changed the way you drive. My husband said they were easy to install, the only downside he said was they didn't come with the hardware needed for isolation. It's the same brand that was on my truck when I bought it.

Please note that when replacing an electronic shock absorber with a mechanical one, the message "Service Ride Control” appears on the display, which for me personally is not a big problem.

2003 Chevy Avalanche

Fits my 2003 Chevy Avalanche perfectly. I didn't even remove the wheel to replace it. Simply rotate the wheel so you have access, remove the bottom bolt, hold the upper stem in a vise and unscrew the top nut, flip out the shock and replace. You must reuse the top rubber bushings unless you order them separately. Both front shock absorbers took 45 minutes. You'll have to squeeze the shock to align the bottom bolt, but it's not that hard, you might just need another pair of hands to help.
