Product Review - Ignition Parts

I have received the product. Every specification of the product you provided to purchase was fine and I was able to verify when the product arrived. Thanks.

Cons
  • I'm Concerned

Almost accurate for replacement parts

I liked the spark plug leads. When I bought them they said they were OEM. The only thing that bothered me was that they (the cylinders) were not numbered like the original wires on the car.

Pros
  • Terminal design improves spark plug retention and eases installation due to excellent corrosion resistance
Cons
  • Appearance

Almost five stars, where's the click?

Unexpected blinks, random misfires "Service Engine Coming Soon", didn't see any actual sparks on the wires but given their condition it was the easiest place to start. before messing around with spark plugs or a coil. I ordered them overnight because I needed to fix the car, relatively easy to install and it actually solved my problem, however the other wires that came loose made a noticeable audible click when connected to the spark plug, they didn't. That was my only complaint about them…

Pros
  • Fiberglass braid and carbon impregnated fiberglass core for added strength and superior conductivity
Cons
  • Style 90

Faulty Wire: Replacement Parts

If anyone has had the 'pleasure' of changing spark plugs and wires on a GM 3800 Series II engine, you know how painful the process is is. Let's just say you basically need "Herculean power" to remove the wires from the spark plugs. They basically merge with the plugs. The best way I've found is to continuously twist the boot in one direction until it comes loose. I've found that putting a small amount of brake cleaner through a straw between the metal heat shield and the trunk helps with this…

Pros
  • Same specs as your GM car's original factory component
Cons
  • Annoying
