As this is a genuine Delco AC part the color of the lights inside the switch will match the rest of the original lights on the panel instead of the blue LEDs. Installation was easy after watching the online video; about 5 minutes.

I installed this switch a few days ago. It took longer to get to the installation site than the installation. My truck doesn't have fog lights so it was nice to find the wire harness assembly. Need easy installation of fog lights. Good quality switch.

I ordered this switch to install the stock fog lights on my base '05 Silverado. Just received and installed today. My fog lights haven't arrived yet, but the switch lights up when turned on and triggers the relay under the hood, so it seems to be working. The trunk works too.

Purchased an ACDelco headlight switch and this switch at the same time. None of them came with headlights that matched my original headlights. Their light is very green. It doesn't bother me too much, but the light in that switch is incredibly dim, much dimmer than the headlight switch. Also, the plastic of the fog light button looks very worn. Somewhere shiny, somewhere rough. He was also covered in hair and dust. But it works, so I think it's good enough.

The silicone reset plunger it contains will fail after years of use and mishandling requiring the switch to be replaced to allow it to spring back when pressed. I'm not sure if they fade to white over time or if a combination of use and fading in the sun is causing them to turn white over time or if they have changed colour, but they compare to mine lighter blue when backlit old yellow white. Components with factory lighting.

Excellent! My 2004 Silverado 2500HD was already wired with factory fog lights. All I had to do was add this switch that connected to the factory wiring harness, a relay and hooked up my fog lights to the sealed connectors that were already in place just above the front engine mount. I added a diode between the #85 high beam relay terminal and the #85 fog lamp relay terminal with the cathode end (striped side) to the fog lamp relay.
