This 20" Acer monitor replaces my old 19" I-Inc. According to statistics, Acer's colors (16.7 million) are exceptionally diverse and intense. I have an Acer X213W which is very good. Based on my good experience with it, I decided to replace my CRT monitor with the X203H as a second monitor. A small problem with this is that the buttons are the same color as the monitor frame. This makes it difficult to tell the buttons apart, unlike the x213W which has silver buttons. I've had CRTs that have lasted for years. These LCDs just don't last long. The first served me for about 3 years, so I chose ACER X203H; as a cheap replacement. You get what you pay for. After 18 months, the monitor turned on and went black after 5 seconds. The blue "ON" indicator in the lower right corner remains blue. Great monitor for the price but be sure to go into the monitor menu and select picture/video mode and you'll get a great picture. Then adjust the brightness and contrast. Excellent value for money from Acer and Revain fast as usual.

The picture quality on this monitor is good. But the status is terrible. It has a slight forward tilt and isn't adjustable at all.

Bought new 09/2009 as primary monitor and currently using as second screen for desktop TV streaming. It is remarkably well preserved.

I am buying two monitors at 99 each to replace my old HP F1503 monitor. The image quality of the X203H monitor is excellent, the monitor stand is not flexible, you cannot raise the height or change the angle. I think these monitors are great if you buy the monitor stand separately, which costs extra, or wall mount it.

As screens keep getting bigger for less money, the Acer X203H is a very solid and reliable option at a good price. I've used the 20" and 21.5" versions of this monitor on various systems for several years with no problems. I would recommend if the price is right!

I bought this monitor as a replacement when my laptop monitor died. It was a good price although the monitor resolution could have been better. Transfer speeds are excellent, with no noticeable lag between keystrokes and the monitor. I plan to use this monitor after my new laptop arrives for CAD work. This 20-inch widescreen is generally worth its price. After adjusting the settings, the resolution is still a bit low for a 20-inch screen. Photos appear to be only slightly stretched horizontally. Those are the only downsides I found. For the price I'm generally happy with how it works for me. If high resolution is important to you, look for a monitor with a higher resolution.
