I like that it allows you to archive information in one location so there's less need to search different locations when doing daily tasks such as reviewing submitted items, inventorying existing files etc., we also have been able to reduce storage space needed by archived documents since they're easily accessible with this software which helps us save resources at our office! Nothing specific - It has its own benefits but not any problems either. This really helped me during my work life…

I like that it's able to track everything about an investigation, including who has access to what information. It can be very time consuming at times when you have multiple investigators working on one case or if there are multiple cases going on simultaneously. Also sometimes it takes too long between updates. Sometimes we would need something updated right away but it could take up to 30 minutes before it was actually updated.
