Authentic. Excellent Customer Service

Product is exactly as advertised. I liked their customer service. They answered my questions to make sure this RAM was compatible with my machine. Unfortunately I had to return it as my machine only supported 8GB and I was trying to add another 8GB to it. I think I ordered it too early, assuming I'll have an extra slot in my car.

I'm using it right now

The price was good. I doubled my RAM from 4GB to 8GB which seems to be enough. It fits my Dell laptop perfectly and is easy to install and set up.
