God it just works

You know, sometimes you get so carried away by technical nonsense that it becomes stupid. The thing just works. It only converts the headphone and headset mic to a USB input and both were recognized as such on my Win 10. You need it? 15 dollars. Stop whining.

Not working on Windows 7 PC

I tried this on a small DVR/Server which is basically a single rack PC running Windows 7 supported by the OS listed. This server doesn't have built in audio so I figured that would add it. Unfortunately it didn't work. The limited documentation states that this works without external drivers; My box said "driver not found" and since there was no way to load the driver I couldn't get it to work. Your mileage may be different, but in my specific case it just wasn't recognized and didn't work…

Clear sound but no stereo

available In my opinion, this device does not play stereo sound. The sound is monophonic, like an AM radio. It transmits sound through the USB port, but not stereo sound. The included USB-A/USB-C adapter works perfectly. I tested it on multiple devices: laptop, iPad and Android tablet. The result was the same. I connected it to my Sony WH1000-XM3 and my Steel Series Arctis 7. I double checked every connection just to make sure I didn't have any loose connections. Tried different music and…
