This USB-C hub did exactly what I needed. I have a MacBook Pro that needed to connect to a bunch of different USB devices and this one did just that and required no setup other than plugging in the devices. The data transfer rate is very high. I am very happy with this purchase.

I've been using this hub for a few weeks and it seems to be just what I need. My work laptop doesn't have enough USB ports when I'm working from home. Now my wireless mouse, ergonomic keyboard and external speaker (for Skype) connect seamlessly. The USB-C port is perfect for my needs. This made working from home a lot easier for me. This hub is just what I needed at work. With only 4 USB Type-C ports, the Macbook Pro 2018 let me play switchers all day when I needed to connect monitors, mouse, keyboard and AC charger. Now I can connect them all through this hub and have 2 free ports. I can also connect everything at once when I come back from meetings. Overall it has a good build quality and really suits the MacBook, I would highly recommend it to all mbp users.

The hub does the job for me on a 2017 MacBook Pro and I have no complaints. Feel and workmanship are impeccable, the color is almost identical to my MacBook in space gray. The hub only gets lukewarm even when used continuously throughout the working day and does its job perfectly.
