The car moves much faster!

I cut the wires to the battery and taped the thing. Now the car drives VERY fast. My 6 Ah batteries last a very long time. love this exchange. Only criticism is that the car howls when accelerating. I think it's the machine and not the plug! Have fun and be careful. I've recommended this to many people.

I'm not an electrician but a year ago I connected my son's Power Wheel to a Ryobi 18V battery. It worked great for a while, but then the wires started dangling over bumps and that gave us problems. I found this gem on Revain and wish I had seen it sooner. I remade the power wheel and permanently attached it to the inside. No more trouble! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Super Easy Adapter

I used this to upgrade my second Power Wheels toy for my son from a 12v to 18v battery powered ryobi. By the way, the Ryobi batteries in this adapter will last just fine if you let it stick out from behind your drive wheels like mine. Regular 18v batteries don't last as securely, which is fine when the adapter is in the closed part of the drive wheels, but not when the adapter is sticking out the back like mine.

Works great and gives a nice speed boost for 12v Power Wheels

I bought this to convert my kids F12v Fisher-Price Baja to 18v and have it use the Ryobi batteries I have already had for cordless tools. The adapter works great and is very easy to install with the included connector. I would give it five stars but the plastic part tends to stick to the dough making it difficult to remove the battery at times. Adding lube helps for a while but I'll apply some graphite and see if it lasts longer.

Works great, good quality

Great power wheel mod, easy to connect, no crimping. Made a huge difference in my daughter's 6v drive wheels. Previously he moved in the terrain, now he flies over any terrain. I like the fact that it comes with a crimpless connector. If necessary, you can switch back to the old battery in seconds by simply unplugging the Ryobi adapter back to the old battery.
