Overall a nice kit: my feedback

First, the bad part: the plastic anchors are worthless, so you need to have small metal toggle bolts if you plan on putting them into wallboard/sheetrock. But, except for that, the whole thing was put together nicely without any issues. We're very happy with the result and hope it will hold up for many years.

Poor quality and workmanship.

When I took this out of the package I wanted to love it. The 1st thing that I noticed was that it was definitely not brushed nickel. In addition to not being able to overlook that, the quality of the fabrication is nothing short of horrendous. I am returning this item but wanted to post several pictures. I love the idea of this towel rack but the lack of quality cannot be overlooked. There are scratches and dents when there should not be as the rack was carefully packed in a box. Huge…
