Works well, but the included table is wrong. Check carefully before use!

I bought this for a Audi with 3.0L Type II TDI. I had to spend two hours on the forums finding the right settings for the dipstick, as the ones included were clearly wrong. The dipstick works well, once you establish the right scale values to use. Double check before use with either the forums, a knowledgeable mechanic or the dealership.Two stars off for misleading information.

works great - my new review

great tool to verify oil level. I had the 2018 A4 service documents so I could see exactly what the stopper should be set at and the number for the oil level. With the tool level showing 16 (full) the electronic gauge now shows full as well. It is a bit interesting to feed it down the tube as the tube bends to the left once you start pushing it.

Good quality, but the chart is not correct!

This is well made, comparable to OEM parts. What a joke, you can’t read the numbers ... it must be in black to see... worthless! But the distance chart for the different cars is not correct.

No instructions on how to use or set-up dipstick. The dipstick is made for many different engines, so proper set-up is important.

Great product, no instructions

Works well on my Audi6s, it didn’t come with instructions sense you can use on all Audi cars with different size engines one sheet of paper printed instructions doesn’t cost much, I had to spend some time finding it on the web
