I was so happy to get these RGB LED flashlights at an affordable price but with all the features that an MC lamp has. I like magnets so I can mount the light at cool angles. The app is great too. I was delighted to purchase this magical little Falcon Eyes F7 Mini 5W RGB flashlight for my camera. I love its functionality and the ability to toss it in my backpack and just throw up when I need some light. This light just isn't made for professional use. The build quality isn't great, it feels flimsy and very light. The dual color LEDs are as bright as on the Aputure MC, but the RGB is very dim in comparison. Color temperature is fairly accurate, but tungsten LEDs emit too much magenta and daylight LEDs too much green. The magenta and green correction of the app does nothing, otherwise it would be useful. UPDATE: The flashlight won't charge. The lamp is disposable, works great! Color and brightness are very good for the size. I use it for a small on-camera video light or to bounce off the ceiling when I'm bracketing house interiors. The included mesh diffuser is fantastic.
