reel good picture it came with a 1tb hd plug-play we r still going over the menu but looks really good we just love it Great product!

Easy and simple best in my review

We are not tech savvy. The machine and camera set up and operation was simple and easy but we got confused with the phone set up. We called tech support. They were awesome. They may it very easy with guidance and pictures. Very happy with them. We have not tried the motion sensors yet.

They are made of plastic

It’s good for the price. Limited availability may not be accessible for all consumers! But cameras are made of plastic and living in the north it may only last 2 years tops

Good basic security system

Bought this for my parents. Its good based on its price point. The pictures are good quality. Sometimes there is a lag time before pictures show up. Remote viewing is an acquired taste - it can be confusing because of all the ads, but then you get used to it and know how and where to click. The cameras seems good quality, but the viewing angle is limited compared to the more expensive systems. Connecting to internet was easy but the instructions are not that intuitive. Best buy for the price!

Good features. Great product for its price. Not the highest resolution in the market but it does the job. The cloud storage also has a low resolution but all in all, this is so far my amazon best buy!

Difficult to adjust picture quality

As a first time consumer, I've had a difficult time perfecting good video quality. Instructions are limited to set up and installation.

That the cameras are working very well. Just need 4 more to capture a wider view.

I am having some difficulty with the cable connection to one camera. Additional cameras can be expensive to purchase and install. Seems the cable is faulty and needs replacement.

Bang for your dollar

For starters tech support absolutely blows. The junk number is exactly that. Junk. Can't even tell you if the email is good but i still have yet to get a response. The cameras they are ok. Motion detect goes off for the air. Night vision is ok but once you zoom in it's blurry. Over all remember this you get what you pay for

One of my cameras is did not work out of the box. I tried to call the number listed for tech support and the number is no longer in service.
