The best there is for electronics

This is a well made product. I like that it has a bleed reset in case the sensor loses its accuracy. It definitely met my expectations

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Almost never

1 star! AMAZING Best fuel pressure

Exactly as Aeromotive claims! I had JEGS fluid put in. He said 58psi. The Aeromotive gauge reads 50 and my AEM gauge confirms it as 50. EDIT: 9/28/2020 The top vent popped out and some of the fluid was already half gone. Not worth $40. Cheap Chinese junk!

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Big and bulky

All the oil in the gauge drained out

Less than a month later the fuel pressure setting was turned on and all the oil in the gauge drained out. The FPR stands upright, not upside down or anything. Now it's basically a useless paperweight. defective product. I would like a return or an exchange.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Fits

Worked great on my 1994 Mustang GT.

I installed it on the fuel rail on my 1994 GT Mustang. The rails are standard, but an adapter is required for this meter. Remove the standard Schrader valve, install the adapter on the gauge, install both in the rail. Everything took only 10 minutes. First, make sure you depressurize the fuel rail!

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Very expensive

Aeromotive 15633 on a 1988 5.0L Mustang Easy Install

I just installed an Aeromotive 15633 fuel pressure sensor on my 1988 5.0L Mustang. You will need an Auto Meter 3280 gauge adapter and a small tube leak lock. Total installation time was less than 5 minutes. Very easy to install, works great and looks great. Best of all, I can now easily monitor the health of my fuel system.

Pros
  • Easy Install
Cons
  • Good but not great

Quality pressure gauge in spares

Easy install, works great. I had a cheaper gauge on the Aeromotive regulator as part of a variable return fuel system I installed on my 6.0 PSD in my 250 F250. One day I noticed a fuel leak on a truck and when I opened the hood I found the gauge was cracked and fuel was leaking. I don't expect this from this sensor as its quality is much higher. Interestingly, the kit maker used a premium regulator and inexpensive pressure gauge.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

It's definitely not factory calibrated

Installed this with an Earls -6 adapter so I can check the base fuel pressure. I figured since the order is new, you can go. I've tested all of my standard fuel pressure regulators and they all seem to read between 4 and 9 psi low. I was concerned as this is a turbo car so I added a Bosch type adjustable FPR and continued to have lean issues. Set the gauge to a baseline fuel pressure of 3 bar (43.5 psi). The car was going to AFR 16:1 after 14psi of boost, so I kept letting go. Trouble-shooting…

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
