The best feature for me was being able see all my patients in one place, easily accessible by phone or email without having them come into clinic! It made scheduling very easy since I had everything available online allowing us less face times with each other (which helps prevent sickies). There were some glitches here & there but they seem like it will be fixed soon so we are excited about new updates coming out!! I like being able to use my computer without having it in front me all day long, which makes things easier for when we are traveling or have other appointments with our patients where they may not want us sitting right next them while trying get work done! I like how easy it was for me to navigate through the program, even though there are so many modules in there! It's very user friendly. There isn't much to dislike yet about this application but I think my biggest gripe with it right now would be not having the capability to upload pictures or videos from the internet directly into patients' files. I love how easy it was for my staff members to use and manage their schedules, appointments etc via this system! There were no problems with using it or managing our office workflow. It really helped us have more control over scheduling appointments, sending reminders out and keeping track of patients' information.
