Aider - Great Platform - Needs Improvement

I love that it is an easy platform for me to reach out with questions regarding my ecommerce store, shipping info etc. It was great when we started using them but now they have made many changes which makes our experience less than optimal. Less effective communication within their team as well as frequent updates without clear notification. We need better engagement from support teams so more of our customers can be reached! Great app for calling and texting to anyone!

My favorite thing is being able use my phone or computer with access anywhere in case I need assistance! You can even send out reminders for things like upcoming meetings so that everyone knows when it's time/date etc., This app could be more user friendly but other than just making calls we haven't really experienced anything else wrong yet as of now!! It makes scheduling easier & quicker since there are no emails going around from different departments which helps keep track if everything…

  • Can create notes directly within calendar view, rather then opening up separate apps (email)
