Aider - Great Platform - Needs Improvement

I love that it is an easy platform for me to reach out with questions regarding my ecommerce store, shipping info etc. It was great when we started using them but now they have made many changes which makes our experience less than optimal. Less effective communication within their team as well as frequent updates without clear notification. We need better engagement from support teams so more of our customers can be reached! The customer service has improved since we first signed up but there are still ways in which this could improve further like adding a direct channel between agents and clients or even making all notifications go through WhatsApp/Telegram channels instead of emails/SMS etc. If you want real time help then definitely contact. They do provide excellent guidance as far as advice goes but if you're looking to solve problems then you should get other options because some things just cannot be solved via chat. I love that there is an app for everything! It's so easy to use and navigate through the content of their site. There are not many apps like this out there where you can search and find all kinds of information in one place. This makes it super useful! Nothing really at this time but I hope they continue with more features as well as adding new ones every now and then. Just keep up the great work guys! We're using this to help our clients track their orders.
