Perfect for my custom boat cover to replace the factory cover which has lasted several years. It's easy to remove the old one and this product went in very easily and looks perfect.

I ordered one of these vents and fitted it to my cover. It was lightweight and offered excellent ventilation. A few days later I decided to add a second one. I went to my order page, ordered a second one on the same page and the hoods are very different. Buyer warning!

What a great simple product that is well built, simple and very effective. I'm tired of spending $275 to box my pontoon boat. Ventilation is a must so I built my own PVC frame, covered it with tarps and bandages and installed two Airlette vents. There are many instructional videos on YouTube. 4" PVC works great as a frame instead of 6" PVC.

We've had a set of these covers in a boat case for YEARS (15+) and one ended up being scraped/dropped on the freeway. I don't think it reflects the design, they lasted much longer than I expected. The rest is still fixed. I bought this as a spare and put it back into the hole in the lid with no problem. The design works well and allows a wet boat to ventilate and circulate but prevents a lot of rain etc from getting into the cover. The old one I had was just a hole and this new one has a screen

A few years ago we bought a very expensive Sunbrella boat cover, the cover holds up great. However, the sewn-in vents were filled with hail after years of drying out in the California sun, and they were crumbling! Bought a couple of these to replace.
