This sealed container is great for storing 2.5 pounds of whole coffee beans. Keeps my beans fresh throughout the month I use them. Very satisfied with the container and its performance. If you are looking for an airtight coffee container, look no further, this one is great!

First off, we're coffee snobs. We need the perfect barista in our house. That is, freshly ground beans. Since we cannot support ourselves, we buy beans in bulk. Enter the aerial landscape. Sleek, functional and (dare I say it) COOL! Easy to use, it keeps good things fresh. We bought two and we really like them. Cut the label off the coffee bag and place it inside. The outer lid is transparent so you can see what's inside the canister without opening it. Genius!

The top lid just sits there and it's actually dangerous to lift it if you forget the lid doesn't close. It just sits loose. I feel like it has no purpose other than just sitting there. It seems like a gasket would be nice to solder to the canister, but no. It's free and you have to be careful. Also, I want it to have 3lbs of beans, which I know aren't listed and won't affect the star rating.
