Definitely better for small dogs. We included this in our 90lb lab mix and while there's a good reflex it needs a little more. I should have researched this more carefully before buying, there is nothing wrong with the product itself. It is effective and makes your dog more visible. Great for camping!

Make sure you measure her neck I thought as our pup wears a small collar the small size would fit and it barely fits so I will also buy a medium size as she is still growing. My pup is all black and incredibly difficult to see in a poorly lit area. It works wonders for tracking it when I take it out at night and making sure others can see it too! The fabric is an intense neon colour, the reflective strips reflect the light like no other and the velcro is strong and holds up well!

I ordered a small size for my dog based on the measurement chart (her neck circumference is 13 inches) and it barely fits around her neck leaving a finger gap with it she can breathe. It's reflective and the neon color comes out at dusk, but the triangle of fabric is really tiny and my dog's long fur covers half of it. I don't wear jackets or clothes on my dog. because he doesn't seem to like it, but I wanted to be more visible when we went for a walk at night. This bandana is the perfect solution.
