I had to replace the Camry 03 battery. I turned off all devices (fans, radios, lights, etc.) to make sure that the source of the energy leakage corresponds to the declared one. I then connected the device to a cigarette lighter and replaced the car battery. It worked! I was very happy with the purchase. That saves me a lot of time and money.

Great for saving all the electronic settings you change that will be lost if the battery is disconnected. Saves me the hassle of having to reset the EQ on my head unit after doing some work on the car stereo that requires disconnecting the battery cable. Ideal for car care. highlighted. One caveat - the kit should have had a 9v battery which was not included. Brilliant product.

This device seems to have been made with the right idea. The most important is the diode that I show in the photo. It is connected properly and prevents current from flowing back into the 9V battery (which by the way is not intended). So this part is good. Note that the side legs of the plug are not connected to each other. This increases the likelihood of a loss of connection. I would prefer to have both side knives connected together.
