This product kept losing connection when the computer was on. They didn't seem to work every other time the laptop was powered on. When trying to return this product I am told to only speak to product support.

I already threw the box away, otherwise I would have sent it back. It's good for about 5 minutes, then it cycles on and off and resets.

I had an idea for something similar a few years ago (but never did anything about it). Nice to see it in production. This particular screen is a good screen but the device used to connect to the laptop is really bulky. I guess it probably has to be to be safe there, but that seems like "too much". It works well. Aside from the size of the nozzle, this is a great product.
