Where's the support?

The product works but I asked where I can get an outlet for the rectangular outlet side and I didn't get anything in return. Most versions are 8 inches round, this is a rectangular shape. I do not know what to do.

Squirrel cage bent and wouldn't spin

Got a scrubber, tried to turn it on but the fan froze and wouldn't spin. So I removed the cover and bent the fan blade towards the case body. I had to bend and straighten the fan blade to make it spin. I would like to know how this thing can be bent and sent like this. With all the covers on the product, there was no way the fan could bend like that. You would have to take everything off to get to the blades. Dissatisfied with the shipping method. Serious air purifier!

This scrubber is great for cleaning the air. I recently used this in my garage on a woodworking and painting project and it's amazing how it keeps the air clean and manageable. While I was sanding the wood I put plastic on the door frames and set the air purifier to blow out the windows and it held back the dust in the area I work in by absorbing the filters.
