As advertised. I have found that this product has most of what I was looking for, mainly reliability and durability while most products have to be bought every year. Bought this for my daughter who goes to college. Being an adult, she takes care of herself and we are her emergency contact. So far we haven't had to use it, plus it has other nice features. A small box is placed directly on the bunch of keys.

I like this idea but there are a few downsides for me. I live on the island of Hawaii. So when cellular service is working, it doesn't connect properly, and there's a large delay from the time I turn on Follow Me to the time my protector knows my location, and then when I'm on the go, there's a big delay between my device and my protection card. I wanted to buy them for my kids but I can't afford any delay.

I LOVE the ease of use of this device and its portability. A big bonus for being discreet and light weight. Although I haven't been able to go out much due to the quarantine, I plan to use it at night or in crowded places when everything reopens. I also see this as a really useful device for younger kids and older parents. Overall this is a great product - I'm a big fan!

I have been very happy to use this to track my son since he went to school alone. I connected it to my phone and it worked great. The problem occurred when I tried to connect it to my son's phone so he could use it. I unplugged it from my phone and when I tried to connect it to my son's phone the device failed to connect. Since we live on the outskirts of the country, it can get pretty lonely and there can be tricky characters.
