Great Tool For Customer Support!: AlstraSoft AskMe

I like how easy it was to get started with, and also to keep track of questions. The most helpful feature would be if you could add more than one answer at once for each question so we don't have to go back multiple times to complete our responses. Also, there should be some sort of way to save all your answers in case something happens. We use this software as a Q&A tool for customers who are looking for quick solutions for their business problems. It helps us provide quality customer support…

A Great Tool That Helps With Tutorials

As long as you have enough questions in your profile, this software can help you find answers from other experts within minutes! I dislike this website for its slow response time when it comes to contacting them through email / chat support, even if they are online. Try using their contact form first - which will send you directly into their ticket center where tickets receive immediate attention! This helps with getting my requests resolved quickly.
