Altara Review

I like that it's very easy to use, especially for someone without much technical knowledge or expertise in using business software systems (like myself). It took me about an hour to figure out how everything worked once you've logged into your account - but then again this was just after my first day! You can do almost anything through altaras system from taking inventory all the way up to creating customer service tickets/reports etc., so there really isn't too many things you cannot get done…

The customer service representatives are very friendly, knowledgeable about our business needs & willing to go above an beyond for us! They also work well in tandem w/our finance department which we appreciate as they help keep track og all invoices that come through their system so it's easy fo rthe billing dept tp know when payment will be received by them from customers or other vendors.- nothing really I dislike but would like more options available if you need additional software features-
